You will be living right at the pulsating heart of the capital. From your home in the "Penthouse Am Potsdamer Platz" it's a short walk to the Neue Nationalgalerie, the Shopping Arcades and the Berlin Film Festival on Potsdamer Platz, the State Library and the fascinating Technical Museum. Park and canal form an idyllic bulwark against the hurly-burly of Potsdamer Platz and the Berlin city centre bordering on it. The footpath to Potsdamer Platz ( 2 mins.) leads across the park up a couple of old stone steps to the Marschall Bridge over the Landwehr Canal. Here you'll find the shipping pier. A whole fleet of pleasure ships sets off from here - Berlin is rich in waterways; passengers can travel to Wannsee and Potsdam and see things from a completely new perspective. A superabundance of nature and idyllic atmosphere awaits you a 10 minutes' walk away: the Tiergarten, the old hunting grounds of the Prussian monarchy, an inner-city garden landscape covering a huge area with lakes, small streams and river courses, sunbathing meadows, ancient trees, sculptures and monuments.
If you're looking for a more active form of recreation and relaxation, there's a golf range only 150 metres away. Underground (2 mins.) and urban railway (S-Bahn - 8 mins.) are a short walking distance away.
